Fred was an active member of the Pecos Downtown Lions Club. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Felts of San Angelo; twin sons, William and Travis Felts; four sisters, Ruth Lauderdale of Olney, Naomi Schulenberg of San Marcos, Wanda Fletcher of Dayton, Mary Granberry; one brother, Kenneth Ray Felts Jr. of Wink; many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifetime friends. He served his Lord as Deacon of the North Temple Baptist Church, loved country and Gospel music, and enjoyed playing the fiddle and guitar. He has four granddaughters, Kendra Winkles, Deven Winkles, Ameyalli Ramon and Marley Ramon, all of Austin. Pry was preceded in death by Russ Platt and Don Pry; her parents, Walter and Ollie Brown; three sisters, Ione Perryman, Bell Hummel and Ada Ryland; two brothers, John Brown and Howard L. Brown and two nephews, John Hummel and Joe Perryman. He will be dearly missed. He was born March 12, 1943, in Pecos, was a lifetime Pecos resident, a retired Town of Pecos City employee and a Jehovahs Witness. Graveside Services will follow on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at 4 PM in Sunset Cemetery, Mountain Home, Texas, with Pastor Clark Ford officiating. The couple were married in Roswell on Nov. 1, 1964, he served in the police department in Monahans, served in the police department in Monahans and later in the Clovis Police Department.
